Support for Long-Term Vision Health

Dr. Yemane brings a unique background in ophthalmology and optometry, giving our practice the expertise to help patients monitor and manage ongoing eye conditions with confidence. From your first visit, you’ll know exactly what we’re watching, why it matters, and what steps come next.

We take time to answer your questions and coordinate care when surgery or specialty referral is needed.

Eye Conditions We Manage at Las Vegas Eye Exam

Our team works with patients across South Las Vegas who are managing:

  • Diabetic retinopathy and diabetes-related vision changes

  • Glaucoma and elevated eye pressure

  • Cataracts (including pre- and post-operative care)

  • Dry eye linked to chronic disease or aging

We partner with local ophthalmologists when surgical co-management is needed, and we keep you and your care team informed every step of the way.

Diabetic Eye Exams with Retinal Imaging

If you have diabetes, regular eye exams are essential, even if you’re not noticing symptoms. We use fundus photography to document and track any changes in the back of the eye.

This technology helps us detect early signs of diabetic retinopathy, monitor progression, and coordinate with your primary care provider when needed.

Glaucoma Monitoring & Cataract Co-Management

For glaucoma, we monitor eye pressure, check for changes in peripheral vision, and refer for advanced testing or treatment when appropriate.

If you’ve been referred for cataract or LASIK surgery, we provide pre- and post-operative co-management, so your recovery stays on track with all follow-ups handled right here in our office.
